The turnaround for everything is really quick, which makes me cautious. I applied to the position on LinkedIn, was called the next day, had a quick phone screen. Then from that was asked if I wanted to come into the office to do an in-person interview. I agreed. The office itself is nice and the people I met with seemed nice. It was an hour long interview. They went over some of the history and were pretty transparent with how the program progresses and the various positions you go through along with how the compensation works. No questions were asked around my previous work experience. They want to train someone from the very beginning around their own business model so do not focus much on past experience. The next part of the interview is a job shadow day for a couple of hours with an account manager. Overall, I think it is a good opportunity for entry level people who are unsure of the direction they want out of a career. They were also transparent that the first few levels were commission based and you put in a lot of hours at the beginning but tend to have better work-life balance toward the end of it. I think you just need to be aware of you are and what type of work you want as this position is not for everyone but could be perfect for someone else.

It was very smooth and straightforward. They contacted me through email and left a voicemail at first, but when I didn't respond they followed up for about twice. The interview has 2 stages. First is where they tell you to come in to Cherry Hill and talk about the job. They'd ask you some questions. If you pass that, you'll have to come in for the second interview. During the second interview, you get to shadow an employee doing their job and then get called in for a final interview.
