Colloquio per Customer Service Manager - Entry Level

      19 dic 2019
      Candidato anonimo a colloquio
      Cherry Hill, NJ
      Nessuna offerta
      Esperienza negativa
      Colloquio facile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Signature (Cherry Hill, NJ) nel mese di dic 2019

      Colloquio

I was called in for an interview within 2-3 days of submitting my application. They reached out via email first, requesting that I call in. After placing a call to schedule my interview, I noticed that the job posting was "no longer accepting applications". Peculiar, but whatever. The position was described as a management role, overseeing a small team. This is not the case at all. You start out on a flat-rate weekly pay during "training", then you are put on a 100% commission based structure with a minimum pay, similar to selling cars. The role is really just a sales role, spun off as a "customer experience" or marketing job. After my "first round" interview, if I desired and they deemed me "eligible", I could have gone on another interview with one of their "seniors" where I follow them around for the day and see how the job works. The first round interview was enough for me to decide this position was not for me, and not what I was advertised in the job posting.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

I was asked very little about my prior experience, most of the interview was spent being told about how great the company is and lots of "fast talk" to spin the position into something it isn't.
