The VP who hired me is wonderful, we hit it off immediately. She is easy to talk to, we talked while we ate lunch. I originally replied to a job interview for a placement company. They referred me to Signature. I had a phone interview with them, the I met the VP, then I spoke with the manager of my department and the designer who I would be working for.
