they would hire anyone who walks in..people do not continue for even a month.high attrition rate. hence they keep calling people from naukri.com and keep convincing them to join there HR consultancy and make a career in HR which is utter nonsense. Hired candidate are made to call people on useless data and beg them to come for interviews
