Director contacted me to come in for an interview. Came in the next week for an interview with the director and manager (at same time). Interview was more of a discussion rather than questions. I was asked a few questions (e.g explain your past positions) No character questions. Interview lasted exactly 1 hour. Was told that there would be interviews conducted for the remainder of that week and the week of Thanksgiving, that they would be choosing the top 2 candidates and would invite those 2 individuals back to interview with vice-president of procurement. I received a call back inviting me to have a 2nd interview with the VP. The interview with the VP was just like the first, more of a discussion not very many questions just asking me to describe my background. I was told that they would be in touch. I called at exactly the 5 day mark and left a follow up message with the Director, and did not hear anything back. I called the manager 3 days later and she answered, but would not tell me whether they were still considering me or if the interview process was over, but stated that she would contact the VP and would email me! That was a week ago and I am still waiting on the email. I deal with rejection VERY well and just wanted to know where they were in the process and if they were planning on informing me! I guess that a little feedback was too much to ask of a company that was voted "99 best companies to work for".
