One first interview with HR, discussing CV, motivations. Then another interview with 3 persons: global HR, and 2 others that would be n+1 or n+2 level. Plus I was asked to write a short paper as a test in 7 days. They did not reply to me, I guess that's a no but an email would have been nice after the time we all dedicated to the process. Also, the reason why I was not selected would be of great help.
Largo pero profesional, ha durado 4 meses con distintos niveles de entrevistas. Las preguntas sin embargo eran siempre las mismas. Entrevistas todas virtuales y respetando la hora. Idioma siempre inglés y a veces español y francés
Easy first interview by phone with the HR, second on Skype. General Question about my background. Informal and nice recruiter. Second round more technical. Second interview with HR and 2 managers. Again informal but questions more related to the position.
