The process consisted of a phone screen with a recruiter, a technical/behavioral screen with the team manager, and a video interview with senior engineers and the office manager. I felt very comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience speaking with everyone. I recommend this company.

I did a phone screening interview, and I had a video-call interview scheduled with an engineer for the next step. They canceled an hour before the interview to let me know there was "a change in direction by management" and they were no longer extending offers for employment. I had set time out to take this interview. I would not recommend applying to this company if this is how they value the time of prospective employees.

I was contacted through email by a recruiter to set up a phone interview, which was to talk about my experience/resume. The recruiter then set up a technical phone screen with a team lead who asked me more about my resume and asked me a few technical questions.
After the technical phone screen, I was asked to come in to the Arlington office, where I had 3 back-to-back interviews with a manager and 2 engineers. The engineers had questions about my resume as well as a few technical questions about OOP and some simple algorithms, but there was no typical whiteboarding. The manager just wanted to get to know me a little better and wanted to answer any questions I had. Overall a very good experience, and I felt comfortable from the first phone call to the last in-person interview.
