Standard - initial phone call to set-up phone interview. I think the most distracting thing about this interview was that the woman who interviewed me was actually going through the drive-thru to get food as we were talking on the phone, she clearly wasn't listening to anything I said throughout our 30 minute interview. I get that time is valuable, but some level of professionalism should be required. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.
