I first applied online and was contacted shortly by the HR person. I was then asked to do the Video Interview. I heard back about two weeks later and was asked to have an onsite interview. Similar to other reviews, it does take a long time and they are very slow to get back to you, so you need to have patience. However, the bank is awesome so I wouldn't hesitate to wait and be patient!

Went through the process but was not selected. Started off with an HR interview. After that there was three more interviews with a variety of different people. Mostly fit based questions but some technical ones relating to credit.

First interview was with hiring manager who was asking competency-based and motivational questions to assess candidates motivation applying for the program, for instance how skills from relevant experience would benefit them in the program. Then followed last stage assessment centre, where all candidates were given P&L case study and were asked questions afterwards, then followed 3 rounds of interviews with senior management who were asking mainly value-based questions and some of them were situational questions meaning that how candidate would act in a certain job situation

The interview process moved quickly and efficiently. The hiring manager was very friendly, patient, and thoughtful throughout our conversation. I enjoyed learning more about this opportunity and felt the interviewer aimed to set me up for success. Overall, it was a positive experience.
