Application Review, then attend a Panel Interview, ranked then 1 or 2 top candidates asked for a one on one interview with the hiring manager
Panel interview is very strange- panel did not consist of anybody from the department I was interviewing for, most were employees from other utilities and 1 or 2 from other City departments.
