Interview was very transparent the entire time. The first stage interview is a 15-20 minute Zoom chat to learn more about each other, your prior work experience, and to explain the interview process moving forward. After that, you had a 60-minute call with the head of CSM and another colleague: 20-minute role-play, two 20-minute Q&A sessions (they asked questions first, then you second)

I recently interviewed for a Customer Success Manager role at Silktide and had a very positive experience throughout the process.
My first interview was with the US-based hiring manager, who was friendly, welcoming and immediately put me at ease — particularly as it was my first interview in 15 years. He clearly explained the stages and what to expect, which made the process feel structured and transparent.
The second stage with the Head of Customer Success was equally impressive. They were well-prepared, clear about expectations, and took the time to explain how the role fits within the wider business. The conversation felt professional but relaxed, allowing for genuine two-way dialogue.
Communication was consistent, timelines were clear, and the overall process felt organised and respectful. Although I didn’t progress further, the feedback provided was constructive and genuinely helpful.
Overall, a strong example of how recruitment should be handled. My thanks to Tyler and Sophie — a real credit to the business — and I wish the team all the best.
