It was a long interview. It took a long time to get a call back. Once you get the call you have a week to get everything ready to move for training for a month.

If I minded being hot. The planes a/c is not the best.
The process was fairly easy, you should come prepared and know your airport codes and military time. The atmossphere was a nice setting and lots of information about the company was givin.

Applied online through employer website (adp), had a phone interview/screening. Phone interview was a series of yes/no questions and why you picked Silver Airways. Afterwards if selected you get selected for a face to face interview at the headquarters in Hollywood, FL. That interview is more in-depth but also laidback, a lot of have you ever dealt with this and how did you overcome it. If you pass that interview then you get an offer letter. If you don’t receive an offer letter you will not receive a rejection letter.
