Had a prelim call with HR/Office Manager who is also daughter of the Owner to which the position reports to. Interview was scheduled for video call. Owner and CFO were supposed to be on the call. Owner apparently forgot about another call and was only available for 10 minutes. Call went very well with CFO. Scheduled for 1 hr and went for 2.5 hrs. Then....silence. For 4+ weeks. I'm looking at leaving my current job due to a lack of respect for operations teams and not making time for them. This was a huge red flag. Also it was clear from the call that there is zero office culture. Not looking for parties, but they couldn't tell me anything that they do to show staff their appreciation. So the 4 weeks go by and the request a second interview. I can only assume this was to finally have a conversation with the owner. I mean we already had a 2.5 hour interview. How much more do you need to know about me? I declined the second interview as clearly this is not a good fit.
