The initial interview with the recruiter went well, however the recruiter made it seem like it was very clerical and administrative type (front desk type of position). During the actual interview they were looking for someone to be on call and able to do anything. The in-person interview was interesting. I was seated in the middle of the table with the manager in front of me and the other guy seated off to the side so every time I was asked a question I had to reflect back and forth turning my head to speak to both of them so it was very awkward. I was very positive in my interview, but unfortunately the 2 gentlemen seemed very negative about the position. I did not hear anything positive about the position/department during the 45 minutes.
