The recruitment process consisted of two main stages. The first stage was an introductory call with HR, where I was asked to talk about my experience and was given an overview of the company, the role, and working conditions. The second stage involved a more in-depth conversation with team members and/or managers. This part included questions about my previous experience, how I handle customer situations, and some scenario-based questions. There was also time for a more open discussion, which made the interview feel very engaging and balanced. The process was smooth, well-organized, and communication throughout was clear and timely. I especially appreciated the friendly and open atmosphere during the final stage.
