The first round interview was with the hiring manager. Second round was with the hiring manager and HR representative, there was a personality test and aptitude test and grandfather interview.
I was contacted by an internal recruiter who must have been very new to the job/firm/industry. The questions did not make much sense from a technical perspective. I was not impressed.
