Easy to schedule. That being said, the company did a poor job at interviewer placement. I got interviewed by someone in life sciences when I applied to America’s. The interviewer was sweet but she didn’t understand previous experiences in media and strategy.

Structured and standard. Behavioral fit and case interview. First round with manager and final round with director and several partners. The overall process took around 2 months. One of the case interview is more creative and need the interviewee to drive the conversation. Others are relatively standard and conversational.

Nice interviewers and an overall smooth interview process; 30 minutes of behavioral and 30 minutes of a case study. I didn't make it past the first two rounds but they gave me a profitability case for the first one and a drug pricing case for the second
