I had a first round interview on campus - 45 minute total, 10 minutes behavioral, 30 min case, 5 minutes questions. Second round was in their NY office - total of 3 case interviews with a 10 min behavioral portion, a lunch with other candidates, a math test, and an information session.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
