Face-to-face interview. Medium difficulty if you're qualified. Basic questions. Nothing difficult. Just study the company and do a self interview before-hand. You'll be fine. No problem. Testing and background are done beforehand but no drug testing.

A quick phone screen and then set-up an interview. One in-person interview with the general manager. The questions were basic and the entire interview was less than one hour long. This was for an entry/intermediate level administrative job so the interview process was pretty easy, nothing too intense.
