Only contact was a rejection email after they had already reviewed and discussed my resume/profile with their client — WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Very unethical and unprofessional. The name of the client was never revealed.

I sent the company recruiter an email containing my resume. I heard back from them within a few days and I was invited to an on-site interview since I was local. I arrived at the company and met with 2 engineering mangers and the company recruiter. The entire interview lasted approximately 1.5 hours.
