Just another basic struggling startup. The reviews and word of mouth negative feedback seems true. Applied online. Was contacted by someone from recruitment. Communication was very robotic as was the initial conversation. Felt like everything was a script. Spoke with a couple more people and was the same this round as well. No one could properly answer how the culture of the org was, what unique employee aspects there are, what has changed based off of recent circumstances. Everyone said the same people are nice, people can collaborate, we have vacation days. I was advised I'd hear back next day on the final round and then was ghosted. Basic and underwhelming at best.
