Colloquio
Initial interview was in-person with three people, including the hiring manager and team lead. Mostly an open-ended discussion of my CV, the role, and the organisation. Plenty of opportunity for both parties to ask questions. Nothing technical here.
For the second interview, I was presented with a task brief to be completed and presented to the team at the interview. The interviewers were a team of five. Only the hiring manager reappeared from the initial interview, the others were new faces. Everyone introduced themselves, and then I made the presentation. They then asked me some questions about my process and methods, an how I would complete a similar brief differently in the office with more resources. Once agin, I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

At Simply Business, we believe that we can help small businesses to be successful. In order to do this we need to understand more about how they currently are finding more work or clients.

Colloquio
First, a short call to briefly look at my interest for the position and set an interview date, then a longer interview discussing my experience, the position itself, the type of work, my suitability for it etc. The next stage was a short presentation according to a brief I was given. I had plenty of time to prepare for it, and the HR team was available to contact with any questions in regards to the task.

All questions were very sensible and were either about my experience or questions on how I would approach a situation or a task. Example - I was asked how I would deal with a disagreement among colleagues or with a superior in regards to conducting research, and how I dealt with a similar situation in the past.
