Interviewing 400 candidates for 1 position. They take 3 weeks for 2 round of interview. Always inform 10 minutes before Interview round. When I qualify first round then they put my profile on hold, after a week they cam back for second round which also an easy round which I qualified but again they put profile on Hold. On Asking them, the reason for putting my profile on hold multiple times, they mentioned they are interviewing 400 candidates for this one position so waiting others also to complete second round. At that time I declined this interview process.
