I reached out directly to the Company's recruiting team through a reference mail. The process took about 1 week. A very smooth and friendly approach.
It felt they were not sitting there to reject like most orgs but actually wanted to hire .
There was 1 technical round for about 1 hour
Then a HR round for about half an hour.

Technical questions were mostly situational and scenario based. Even theoretical knowledge was molded into situational which makes it easy to explain the concepts.
HR was majorly about personality and communication skills.
