The entire interview, the only question he asked me was what other firms I was applying to. He then proceeded to use the interview to tell me why Simpson is better than all of those other firms, including complaining about their business models and saying that by prioritizing their work environment, these other firms were just hurting their bottom lines. It all left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, since this was only a screening interview and he seemed to have genuinely no interest in me as a person/applicant, only in bragging about his firm and ripping on others.
