I sent an email after seeing in artstation a position open. I sent my portfolio and CV and an application letter. My experience wasn't really close to what they were looking for but, after a really chill and pleasant interview with Matthew (CEO) and Nicola (Production Manager) they decided to give me a chance being a Producer since I had good skills in attention to detail, managing tools, excel and some other things. It was nice to be considered even without experience, I started two days after the interview
