Round 1 phone interview with recruiter, Round 2 with Manager and Round 3 in person interview. Round 1 interview is pretty standard, go over your resume, go over your achievements Round 2 interview the manager called me and his phone was breaking up the entire time for the 30 minutes interview. The manager knows about this and yet he still called me with his cellphone, not professional at all. I went through my resume with him for about 5-10 minutes and he stopped asking me questions entirely. The whole time was more like I was interviewing him and asking him questions just to last 30 minutes. I feel like it is unfair I am judged so harshly when the manager is not being professional at all.

First a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by in person interviews with a SDR, Account Executive and two Directors. As other candidates have mentioned, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the process. The key here is all candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of MemSQL's product and its specific uses.
