It was a very structured and informative interview process. The interviews were well-designed to gauge my different skillsets/ares of competency and allowed me to extract enough data points about Memsql to understand the company's culture and business trajectory. The sequence was clear - phone interview, take-home exercise (case study question), on-site presentation, on-site culture interview, on-site cross-functional team interview. Communication and organization throughout the process were A+.
