Super easy and quick. I had two phone calls with the hiring managers and then a phone call with my potential manager on the job. Everyone was extremely responsive and kind and professional. Sirius is a great company with great people!

Received a donotreply email to complete a one-sided video interview. No contact info was provided or any way to follow up. Went weeks without hearing from anyone and then logged in to the Careers page to see my status was changed to “Not Moving Forward”

I applied for multiple positions and received invitations to interview for two. You are to record yourself answering prompts with only 30 seconds to prepare your answers. Super uncomfortable. After submitting my answers, I was unable to find any contact to follow up with. My hire status has been “under review” since July 2022 and it is now September. The interview process and the lack of communication from SiriusXm felt impersonal and unprofessional.

2 brief phone interviews and a conversation with my potential supervisor. very casual process overall. i was surprised by how laid back and relaxed the whole experience was. The team was super responsive and kind as well!
