Interviewed by the Director and an HR rep.
The HR rep will ask you regular HR questions and how your experience helps prepare you for the job.
The Director will ask you more technical questions and will also explain what he is looking for in this role.
Phone screen with a Senior HR. She replied emails during the interview and did not even listen to what I were saying. She let me repeat more than twice. Not recommend!

Was interviewed by Director and HR rep. The HR rep will ask you questions about your experience. The Director will ask you to explain on a deeper level some of your technical qualifications, experience, projects, etc.
Followed by an hour long SQL test.
The director also gave me a raw dataset to see what report I could create with it.
