Colloquio
The overall process was quite lengthy and lasted about 4 months in total from application to decision. The actual interview process was quite fast and smooth and lasted about 3 consecutive weeks. The first interview was with the HR which was quite typical with salary expectations, explanation of the role they are hiring for and basic benefits which lasted about 30-40 mins. Next there were two seperate online interviews with the team lead and another team member. Both of them asked behavioural and scenario based questions. They try to understand what you might do and how you fair in different scenarios with team members, cross functional teams and higher management. The last round was with the director of the team which was also scenario based and checking if you are a good fit for the company.

Straight forward interview questions. Some behavioral questions with a couple technical questions. Started with initial screen with technical recruiter followed by 3 more interviews. One with the hiring manager (Director), then with a team member and lastly with another Director.
