I was first called by their Human Resource person. She asked me questions in regards to my employment history on my resume. She also requested that I forward her a copy of my references. After the phone interview, she called me back the next day to make an appointment for a one-on-one interview. After my interview with the Human Resource employee, she immediately set up an interview on the same day with a "Team Lead" and an attorney. The interview went well and I was offerred a job the next day.
