I was interviewed to the office in Israel, but the position is under the team in the US. First I had an HR interview through Google meet, the recruiter Adi was very nice and pleasent and asked about my practical experience and personal projects, and told me about the position and the company. Also she asked my salary expectations, but also said how much she thought they would be able to pay, which I really appreciated. Afterwards they scheduled me for a technical screen interview with the american team lead. The questions were in JavaScript and Python, and he interview was in english, what made it difficult to comunicate properly with the interviewer. I tried to answer the questions but it was difficult, i managed the first 2 and the third partialy... After more than 2 weeks i got another phone call from the recruiter, who told me I didn't pass, but she was very empathetic and tried to help me learn why it didn't work this time. Overall, I had a positive experience. Although the process took about a month, the recruiter made it more respectful.
