Submittal of resume and cover letter followed by telephone interview. Subsequent to telephone interview was an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of a review of knowledge base with respect to industry practice, regulations, equipment, trends, production efficiency and marketing. Conclusion of the process was the discussion of salary and benefits.
