Initial interview with a recruiter. They gave me a detailed description of the company and the position. I was also given a task and presentation to prepare which was reviewed for an approval for the next interview step

Honestly, it went very good. It was with higher management (directors) and we talked for over an hour. Afterwards they give you a task to complete and if it is a good fit then you get an offer - simple as that.
