First of all there is a phone call and then in person interview with vp of engineering and then CEO and his name is James. Its very important to mention his name becaue i beleive he needs attitude correction and should learn how to be respectful to others. Here are some key reasons why I would advise potential candidates to avoid this place: Unprofessional Conduct: The CEO displayed unprofessional behavior during the interview process. He was agitating and rude, and conducted the interview while driving, which indicated a lack of seriousness and respect for the candidate’s time. Lack of Clarity: During the interview, the CEO repeatedly restated questions without providing necessary context, making it difficult to respond appropriately. This lack of clarity and guidance was frustrating and unhelpful. Disrespectful Communication: When seeking clarification, the CEO's responses were dismissive and rude. Everyone deserves respectful communication, regardless of their position. No Follow-up or Feedback: After the interview, there was no follow-up or feedback provided , leaving me in the dark about the status of my application. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the company’s candidate management process.
