After submitting my application I was contacted by an HR consultant and programmed a phone interview. During the first call I was explained about the company, how had it grew and how was the environment inside the Dallas office. It was surprising that in the first call I was asked about my salary expectacions.
They will ask a lot and focus on skills and how you converse with different people. How you engage in discussion and well verse you are it is important that you actively and be genuine on your answer.
