It was three round interview process. First two was technical and a managerial round. All interviewer were very respectful, soft, and kind. I have been throughly explained culture, project, and life in site minder. The HR used to call after each round and asked my experience. Each member I interacted was very humble, and extremely respectful. It was a wholesome experience hard to put in world. offer was made but I could not join due to personal reason. I really wanted to join due to kind of experience I had while interacting with people there. I can feel how much they value their employees.
