I had a 45-minute call with the manager with standard interview questions. She promised to get back to me within a week and seemed very professional about it - however, I was completely ghosted after that interview and never heard back from them. Not even an automatic rejection message. It is such a lack of respect for people's time and a terrible candidate experience. The candidate is definitely not valued in the process.
