First was with a member of their recruitment team involving a high level overview of the role/company with general CV questions.
The next stage was with a member of the Content team, who was very polite but not as friendly/engaging as the previous interviewer.
This interview followed a Q&A format rather than being conversational, involving a list of specific questions like, "Explain how you would approach this task...", "What experience do you have with this tool...", etc.
This gave me a good understanding of the role and the working environment, which seemed program-driven and tool-focused rather than being creativity-centric.
Both were good experiences.
