The interview process took about 3 weeks with the Minneapolis Customer Success Team. I had a very good experience throughout the entire 3 weeks. I was getting consistent & timely feedback after each interview. First interview was with the HR/Recruiter. She let me know in 2 days that I was invited for the second interview. Second interview was with 2 members of the Customer Success team - 1 of which is now my direct manager. I was notified one day later that I was invited for the third and final interview which was with HR, a CSM and the VP of CS. The following day I received an offer! Overall a great experience, very conversational and friendly employees.

Received a message on LinkedIn followed with an HR screening call. The call was fact based, cold and didn’t take more than 12 minutes. I was scheduled with the hiring manager next. I have rarely passed on the position in an interview process this early, but there was no way I could have enjoyed my job with that work climate that I got from my interaction with that company so far. The interview with the hiring manager was cold, arrogant and honestly it was painful to sit through. At the end they responded, well we wanted to see how you interact with a new to you person and a difficult personality. ?!

The interview with Siteimprove for the CSM position was an interesting experience overall. While I'm not sure it's the perfect fit for me, I appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the company and the role.
Positives:
Efficient communication: The process was relatively quick and streamlined. I received timely updates from the recruiter and scheduling was easy.
Engaged interviewers: All the interviewers I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in me and my experience. They asked thoughtful questions and were attentive to my responses.
Company culture glimpse: The interview format offered a decent snapshot of the company culture. It was clear they value [positive aspect of culture, e.g., collaboration, innovation, work-life balance].
Clear expectations: The job description and interview questions accurately reflected the role's responsibilities and requirements. I left with a good understanding of what the position entails.
Neutral observations:
Multiple rounds: The process involved several interview stages, which might not be suitable for everyone.
Limited team interaction: While I met with various team members, there wasn't an extensive opportunity to directly interact with potential colleagues.
Areas for improvement (optional, if applicable):
Specificity in job description: Some aspects of the job description could have been more detailed to provide a clearer picture of the day-to-day tasks and expectations.
