Interview process was good and comfortable way. The HR and the interviewer was updating the things about the interview and they are keen in selecting the candidate focusing on hard work and dedication

The interview happened in the Covid lockdown period. Couple of telephonic rounds discussion Data Structures, OOP concepts and problem solving. Then 1 round with PM/VP of the Bangalore office. Followed by a call with HR. All the rounds went great. Very positive. But finally the recruiter replied saying they can't match my expected pay. Really!! After all rounds of interview!! I got this reply also only after making multiple calls and mails to know the status. While my current and expected CTC details were shared on my first interaction with the recruiter, getting this reply at the end is really worse. Simply waste of time. This is a tier 3 company, trying to hire candidates from tier 2 companies at the cost of tier 4 companies.

There will be two technical levels and one HR level. First technical level will consider the basic things you know in the programming or implementation side, so it will be the basic knowledge test. the second technical level will be testing your advanced experience in programming or implementation. then comes the hr level. you have to pass first level to get to second, and second level to get to HR.
