I applied online, then gave HR a call and I was able to set up an interview for the next day. I went in to HR office, I was given a math test, passed it, then a face to face interview proceeded. Went over my online application and regulations etc. Got asked 2 questions. Then she said I passed the interview and gave me a 6 page test booklet to test my skills such as grammar, writing, math. Passed the evaluation and was told purchasing department will call me within a week or so to set up a second interview, after my background check was clear. A week later purchasing department called me and went in to interview the same day and was told I was hired and start this week.
