This company lacks diverse employees (in the US). They have teams overseas, which means your job position is likely to end and be outsourced. Too many rounds of interviews. I think I had 5. I lost count due to the constant back and forth. The company lacks organization and business acumen. One week they are hiring, the next week they want to bring you on as a contractor, the next week after that they aren't hiring. Constant loop of time wasting. After two months, I ceased communication and refused to move forward with any other "interviews." The pay was low. The growth of the company seems stagnant. They operate as a small family business without a focus on growth.

Interview Process has 2-3 rounds with different people i.e., HR, Operations Head, Project Manager of relevant department (if required) or Production Manger. US Project Manager could take interview on Skype
