Standard HR interview, followed by 4 day training using their tool, and after that they tested me to see how well did i receive this new knowledge. Lastly, there was interview with manager, summing up my working experience.

Very pleasant. They asked about my previous experience and some testing topics. The HR did a great job as well. Actually, that was the most relaxing interview I ever had.
