Although I didn't get the job, I had a positive experience with the interviews. First I had a phone call with an HR specialist, then an interview with the direct manager and one team member to which I completed a test assignment, and finally an interview with the head of department. The flow was clear, I received feedback, was kept informed about each stage and results. Overall, a very positive experience. I failed the final interview with the manager, mainly due to my mistakes and lack of work experience that they required for the job.
