The process comprised an initial HR interview, followed by a burdensome technical assignment that felt like unpaid work, then two technical interviews which were frustratingly redundant, an HR culture check that felt intrusive given the lack of clarity on their end, and a culminating manager interview. This arduous, drawn-out process concluded with an utterly absurd and infuriating rejection, citing a supposed lack of seniority – a reason that completely contradicted my consistent transparency and candid self-assessment throughout all prior stages.
