The process started with a brief HR session, which felt more like a checklist. After that, I had a 1-hour interview with Bar Reiser to discuss my technical experience, mainly focused on Java. It was a pleasant and interesting conversation.
Following that, I received a home assignment that involved both architectural and business decision-making. After submitting the task, I was invited for an on-site meeting with the VP of Engineering. However, this part did not meet my expectations. The discussion centered around topics typically handled at the C-level, rather than by an Engineering Manager. I found the questions misaligned with the role, and the interviewer seemed to rush through them without much regard for my responses.
Overall, the experience was negative. I had to follow up with HR after each step, as the process lacked transparency and clear communication about the next stages. Quite disappointing, especially for a company of this scale.

Hiring manager call +1 manager call Functional interview with case studies +1 manager and his +1 manger HR call A lengthy interview process, the technical part is fair but the HR part is very nosy about personal life aspects which should be none of their business. They better move up the HR part up their interview process early to avoid wasting their technical managers time and the candidates' time. A lot of rejections happen at the final HR part from what I have read
