Time wasted. Out of all the joy, I asked my friend to refer me to SIXT because the roles and responsibilities matched more than 95%. The first-round director met me for an exploratory round, where he asked me some questions. After his positive feedback, they took three hardcore technical rounds where they ask each and everything about programming, design, architecture, tools knowledge kinda everything. After positive feedback from all three rounds. And then again in the director round, the director rescheduled interviews twice and asked some very random behavioural questions. I was able to answer all the questions and he told me that he is satisfied with all my answers. But in the end, HR told me after 2 days that I had been rejected by the director. And she doesn't even know the reason for it. Completely waste of 3 weeks of my time, preparation and everything.

The interview process in Sixt is pretty fast and they tend to complete the whole process within 2 weeks. The interviewers were really friendly, explained the problem statement very well, and also removed any doubts I had before solving them.
