Name a time you were facing a difficult situation and how did you improvise.
I did first round with 3 team, 2 behavior and 1 technical. The technical more focused on PIK, preferred instrument, behavior is very straightforward. The one with healthcare is the hardest
Quick behavior and go through resume which takes about 30 mins. Then we got 2 quick mental math questions. One about IRR and another is about waterfall profit LP %, typical PE ask can be easily prepared. Question to the interviewer at the end. Interviewer seems disengage and not care much.
